Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Australia only.
Shipping costs
- Orders of A$79 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under A$79: A$9.95 standard shipping
You see the shipping cost in your cart and at checkout before you pay. There are no other costs.
Processing time
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. In total, expect your order within 6 to 11 business days of placing it.
Where your order ships from
Bazuni is operated by Evolution Media, a company based in the Netherlands. Orders are shipped internationally from our overseas fulfilment partner, directly to your delivery address in Australia.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs and import charges
For orders under A$1,000, no customs duties or import fees are charged on delivery. The total amount shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 11 business days of placing it, please contact us at support@bazuni.com with your order number. If your parcel is lost in transit, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address until your order has shipped.
