This policy explains how Evolution Media, trading as Bazuni ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal information when you visit bazuni.com or buy from us. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it) and the products you buy.
- Payment details: your payment is processed by our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us by email or through our contact form.
- Website use: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technology.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds (to perform our contract with you).
- To answer your questions and send emails about your order.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure (our legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.
- To send marketing emails, but only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- To measure how our website performs and to show relevant ads, only with your consent where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with companies that help us run our store:
- our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store
- our checkout and payment providers, which process your payment securely
- our fulfilment partner and delivery companies, which pack and deliver your order
- Google and other advertising and analytics services, which help us measure our website and show ads
We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us at any time for the names of the companies we work with.
International transfers
Your personal data is transferred and processed outside Australia and the European Union, including in China (for order fulfilment and logistics) and the United States (for secure payment and infrastructure services). In line with Australian Privacy Principle 8 and the GDPR, we use appropriate contractual safeguards, including data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses, to keep your information protected to Australian and European standards.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the store to work, such as your cart. With your consent, we also use cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie banner or in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for 7 years, because tax law requires it. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the personal information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- send you a copy, or send it to another company
- stop using it for marketing
Email support@bazuni.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or, in Australia, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Children
Our store is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
