By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the product. Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
We do our best to show our products, colours and sizes accurately. Small differences in colour can occur because every screen shows colours differently.
If we make a pricing mistake, we will contact you before we ship and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders
After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is accepted once we have received your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund you in full.
4. Payment and billing
- Payments are processed by a secure, PCI DSS compliant payment provider on behalf of Evolution Media. We never see or store your full card details.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. See our Payment Policy.
- You are charged once, in AUD, when you complete your order at checkout.
- The charge appears on your bank statement as BAZUNI.
- If a payment fails or is declined, your order is not placed and you are not charged.
- If you do not recognise a charge or have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@bazuni.com. We will help you quickly, and this is usually faster than a chargeback through your bank.
5. Shipping
We ship to Australia only. Shipping costs, processing times and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. The conditions are explained in our Refund Policy.
7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
8. Liability
Except where prohibited by mandatory statutory provisions such as the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability arising out of or related to an order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory guarantees, conditions or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Website content
All text, images and designs on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you live in Australia, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.
